Yes, it is very easy to learn. The detailed manual and training video will be supplied with machine together .

2.Do I need any special software for my PC?

We will provide optimization software (It is specifically aimed at wheel repair and we have independent intellectual property rights).

3.What kind of tool that wheel repair machine use?

It is diamond cutting tools.

4.How many time it takes to repair a wheel ?

For same model wheels, the first one needs about 10 minutes, because

probing wheel curve will take some time. After first one, the curve will be saved, so when you repair other wheels as same model, it just takes about 3 minutes.

5. Can we go to your factory and learn how to use the machine?

We sincerely welcome you come to our beautiful city. The training is free. It would be great honor to us.

6.Can you arrange training in our place after we bought your machine?

We can arrange oversea training. Buyers will be responsible to the costs.

7.What’s your warranty?

We provide one year warranty and we will give more easy-broken parts before shipment. If any problem happened and we are very sorry for that. But we will give necessary assistant and send broken part to you.

8.What are regular maintenance need to be done on tire changer in order to have a long service life?
Periodically drain the water in oil-water separator, add oil in so it can protect pneumatic components, regularly
tighten the bolts and crews on working table. Also check mechanical play or clearance on demounting head, hex
bar...Check the belt tension.(Please contact us if you have more questions on this topic)

9.What is the regular color? May I order a special color I like?
The regular color is Red,Blue,Gray,Black,Green. Also we can do customize one for you.

10.How to adjust motor belt tension?
The tension of belt can be adjusted by different height of motor. There are adjusting locking nuts which fix the

motor, adjust these nuts and the motor can be lifted up or lower down to achieve suitable belt tension.

Yes, but we need to add extra 20% based on the current price. Because we need to pay more tax ,so we suggest you pay in US dollars.

9:How to calibrate the camera and target plates ?

For camera ,useless they are totally destroyed or crashed to deformation .They don't need calibration. Camera calibration need calibration bar. Target plates calibration is simple .The calibration finished in few minutes, following software instruction.

10:Do I need to Re-Calibrate after equipment arrived and installed ?

No need, we already calibration well in factory before departure.

11:Where Calibration Data Your Battle-Axe Designed ?

Inside of camera processor instead of inside software ,this design will save after service time for customer when their computer break.

12:What is delievery time ?

ON THE ISSUE OF LIFT

1.Does my lift come with the necessary anchor bolts and/or hardware to mount it to the floor?
All XIAYU lifts ship with the necessary anchors required for mounting the unit to your floor.

2.Does hydraulic fluid come with the lifts?
Due to current DOT and insurance laws regarding the transport of hydraulic oils (DOT Section 1 - Hazardous Ingredients; DOT Section 2 - Fire and Explosion Hazards and DOT Section 3 - Health Hazards) the required hydraulic fluid is to be supplied by the end-user, only. XIAYU lifts are designed to operate using standard 10-weight, non-foaming, non-detergent hydraulic oil or Dexron-III ATF fluid. This is available in virtually any automotive store.

3.Do I need a special floor or foundation to support my new lift?
Most residential or commercial foundations are strong enough to support XIAYU lifts. However, it is important to adhere to concrete specifications. Failure to do so could cause lift failure resulting in personal injury or death.

A level floor is suggested for proper installation and level lifting. With proper shimming, small differences in floor slopes may be compensated for. If a floor is of questionable slope, consider a survey of the site and / or the possibility of pouring a new level concrete slab.

4.What is the ceiling height required for a XIAYU lift?
The required ceiling height will vary depending on the lift model, as well as the intended vehicle. Please refer to the product specification page for each product for further details. Or contact us for advice.

5.Do car lifts require maintenance?
A simple monthly checklist is perhaps the most you'll do on a regular basis, aside from common-sense visual inspections you'll do every time you lift and lower your vehicles. Cables need to be maintained, as do hydraulic systems. Because XIAYU sells in such high volume, replacement parts (and therefore the cost of owning a XIAYU car lift) are much less than the cost of owning other brands' lifts.

6.Are car lifts available in different voltages?
Other (unlisted) voltages may be available upon request. Voltage options vary between models.

7. Should I keep repair and replacement parts in stock?

Yes, most all commonly required repair and replacement parts should always keep in stock.
